At just 26, Rowan Thambar boasts an impressive comedic resume. He has performed on international
stages in New York, Los Angeles and Toronto - while also cracking up audiences in Sydney, Melbourne
and his hometown of Newcastle. After being nominated for “Best Comedy” at the Melbourne Fringe 2017 he was handpicked for the prestigious “Comedy Zone”
showcase at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, performing at the Melbourne Town Hall as a part
of Triple J’s Good Az Friday. He is certainly making his way
in the Australian comedy industry.
